You can pay for your order by credit card (secure payment on the Crédit Mutuel - CIC website), Paypal, cheque or bank transfer. Local authorities and other public bodies can also pay by postal order or via Chorus Pro.
We dispatch your order as soon as we receive your payment : paying by credit card guarantees you the fastest delivery.
You can request a quotation online to benefit from special rates on large orders.

INDICATIVE DELIVERY TIMES FOR ITEMS IN STOCK
Metropolitan France and Monaco : Your order is delivered within 1 to 3 working days by TNT, Colissimo or another carrier depending on the weight and volume of the shipment.
Corsica: Your order is delivered within 3 to 5 working days by TNT, Colissimo or another carrier depending on the weight and volume of the shipment.
EU: Your order is delivered within 4 to 10 working days by express service or carrier depending on the weight and volume of the shipment.
Outside the EU: Please contact us for an estimate of delivery times.
Special case of large orders :
For certain bulky orders (stakes, wire, pallets of anti-freeze candles, etc.) your order will be subject to a specific carrier quotation with variable lead times.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Depending on available stock, your order will be dispatched the day after it has been confirmed. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday (no dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday for business customers and from Monday to Saturday for private customers. Deliveries are generally made before 1pm.
Your order may be divided into several parcels. In this case, we try as far as possible to group these packages together in a single delivery.
Special case of TNT home delivery :
If you are not at home when the driver arrives, your parcel will be given to the Point Relais® retailer closest to your delivery address. You will be notified by e-mail or SMS of the arrival of the parcel at the Point Relais® and can collect it with proof of identity. The full list of Points Relais® with their opening times is available at www.tnt.fr.
Parcels held in a Point Relais® are held for 10 working days before being returned to the sender.
In accordance with the Hamon law, you have the right to cancel your purchase. You must then exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date of delivery of your parcel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Only items that have not been used (excluding postage costs) and that are packaged in a way that makes them suitable for resale will be taken back.

Shipping and packaging costs are charged at a flat rate.
For Belgium and Italy, it depends on the weight of the items in the order and varies from 15 to 25 euros excluding VAT for an order weighing less than 30 kg. For an order of 30 kg, the amount of transport costs is subject to consultation with our carrier.
For countries other than France, shipping costs are calculated on the basis of an estimate that takes into account the weight and volume of the shipment.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the automated processing of personal data carried out via the Internet portal has been declared to the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés - CNIL - www.cnil.fr).
In accordance with article 34 of the French Data Protection Act, the client has the right to modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her.
E-VITI undertakes not to divulge this personal information to third parties.
The security of CB transactions made via the CM-CIC PAIEMENT system on E-VITI is guaranteed by the CIC bank thanks to a 128-bit encrypted SSL certificate.
Your bank card number never circulates unencrypted on the e-viti.com site and is not known to our services.

Identification of the company
This Internet site belongs to the company e-viti, S.A.S. with a capital of 40,000 EUR, whose registered office is at 2 voie d'Isles, 51420 Witry-lès-Reims, registered with the CCI of Reims-Epernay under the number 501 528 673 00020.
The present general conditions of sale have the aim of defining the rights and obligations of the parts within the framework of the sale on line by e-viti of goods and services offered by the shop e-viti.com, to the professionals of the sectors viticoles, arboricoles and horticoles located in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco.
The customer, prior to his order, declares that the acquisition of these products is directly related to his professional activity. As a professional customer, he/she has specific rights and obligations, which would be called into question if the products or services acquired through the website were intended for private use.
The present general conditions of sale prevail over all different or contrary clauses appearing on the documents of the client and in particular on its general conditions of purchase, so that all sales carried out by e-viti on its Internet site are, except contrary written provision granted by e-viti, carried out under the conditions hereafter described.
The Client declares that he has read the provisions described below before placing an order for the products offered on the e-viti website and by placing an order, the Client expressly and irrevocably accepts them.
Applicable law - Jurisdiction
The present general conditions of sale and all sales made by e-viti on its Internet site are subject to French law which will govern any dispute relating to their formation, execution and interpretation.
The Courts of Reims will have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes relating to the interpretation or execution of these general conditions of sale and all sales made in the context thereof.
e-viti endeavours to present as accurately as possible the essential technical characteristics of the products sold on its Internet site. Confirmation of these characteristics or more details about them is possible by contacting the company's customer service department by e-mail at email@example.com, by telephone from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm on 03 26 50 40 99, or by fax on 03 26 50 30 75. Unless otherwise specified on the site, all products sold online by e-viti are new.
The products sold by e-viti are always within the limits of available stocks or the production capacities of e-viti or its suppliers, whether they are standard products or special orders.
e-viti reserves the right at any time to remove for technical reasons any of the products appearing on its website.
In the event of a stock shortage, e-viti will contact the client within three working days of sending the confirmation email to propose, which the client already accepts, either a new delivery date for the product, or a replacement product, or the cancellation of the order.
In the event of cancellation of the order, e-viti undertakes to reimburse the Client as soon as possible for any sums it may have received. Any unavailability of products will in no case give rise to payment by e-viti of damages or penalties of any kind.
Registration of the order
The customer's "double click" on the validation of the order form constitutes an electronic signature which has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature. From the double-click of acceptance indicated above, the order is considered irrevocable and may only be challenged in the cases set out below.
Confirmation of the order
e-viti undertakes to send the customer an order confirmation e-mail within a maximum period of 8 days from the registration of the order on its Internet site. The sale will only be deemed to have taken place after confirmation of the order by e-viti. If the order is not confirmed within the above period, the order will be considered as refused. By keeping this order confirmation email and/or printing it, the client has proof of his/her order which e-viti recommends that he/she keeps. Please note: this email indicates that the sale has been completed and not that the product ordered is available.
All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled, postponed or modified without the written agreement of e-viti.
Exceptionally, e-viti reserves the right to refuse an order placed by a client if this order is abnormal in terms of the client's true identity, the ownership of the means of payment used by the client and the delivery address provided by the client.
The prices of the products appearing on the e-viti Internet site are indicated in Euros excluding VAT, net of any discount, excluding delivery costs.
The prices appearing on the e-viti Internet site are likely to vary at any time being specified that in the event of variation, the prices applied to the customer will be those in force at the date of the recording of the order.
Method of payment
Payment of the full price must be made when the order is placed. At no time may the sums paid be considered as deposits or advance payments.
To pay for the order, the client has the choice of all the methods of payment indicated on the online order form. The client guarantees e-viti that he/she has the necessary authorisations to use the method of payment chosen by him/her when validating the order form. e-viti reserves the right to suspend the order and any delivery in the event of refusal to authorise payment by bank card by officially accredited organisations or in the event of non-payment when the order is placed.
e-viti also reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a client who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress, without the client being able to claim any damages or compensation of any kind.
In the event of non-payment, all sums due by the customer will become immediately payable.
In the event of total or partial non-payment of the price on the due date resulting from the period stipulated in the previous article, the customer will automatically be liable for a late payment penalty equal to twice the legal interest rate in force on the due date for payment.
In order to optimise the security of transactions on the Internet, an SSL (secure socket layer) online payment system is offered to the customer, which encrypts the customer's bank card number. However, the guarantees granted by e-viti in terms of transaction security are identical to those obtained by e-viti from the manufacturers of this secure payment software.
As shipments are often made directly from the manufacturer, the customer's order may be split into several packages delivered on different dates, when the order includes products from several suppliers.
Processing, preparation and delivery times run from the date of registration of the order on the e-viti website. They always apply to products delivered to the address provided by the client on the order form in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco.
No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
In the event of shortage or damage in transit, the customer must indicate these events on the delivery slip, stating their reservations on the slip and signing for them.
A delay in delivery will not, under any circumstances, give rise to the payment by e-viti of any damages, interest, penalty for delay, compensation or costs of any kind.
Order processing time
Orders placed through the e-viti online sales site are collected every day from Monday to Friday. The company processes orders placed the previous day before 1pm. The customer must therefore allow one working day for processing the order for a product paid for by credit card.
All products sold by e-viti are prepared to order and dispatched directly from the various production sites. The order preparation time varies according to the manufacturer: the order preparation times for each manufacturer are given either in the product sheet or in the "Shipping and returns" section at the bottom right of the e-viti home page.
e-viti offers various delivery methods :
- Express service (TNT home delivery)
This delivery method allows you to receive your parcel within 24/48 hours for France, 48/72 hours for Belgium and 5-8 days for Italy from the time of collection from the manufacturer, thanks to the TNT company. The cost of this option depends on the value of the total order (see "Prices" above).
The delivery person will arrive at your home before 1pm on the day following dispatch of your order and will hand over your parcel upon signature.
If you are not at home, your parcel will be handed over to the TNT Point Relais® retailer closest to your delivery address. You will be notified by e-mail or text message when the parcel arrives at the Point Relais®. The full list of Point Relais® with their opening hours is available at www.tnt.fr.
Parcels held in a Point Relais® are held for 10 working days before being returned to the sender.
Please note that this delivery method is reserved for parcels weighing less than 20kg and whose dimensions do not exceed certain values. For heavier or larger items, your shipment may be split into several parcels.

Checking the products delivered
The customer must check the condition, number and conformity of the products delivered on delivery.
Any complaint about deterioration, missing products or non-conformity of the products delivered must be notified by the customer within two working days of the delivery date, either by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 03 26 50 40 99, failing which no complaint will be accepted by e-viti as to the condition, number and conformity of the products delivered and these will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the customer.
In the event of a complaint by the client, the client must provide all evidence as to the reality of these defects in conformity, deterioration or missing products and must allow e-viti every facility to carry out or have carried out by a third party appointed by e-viti all observations which it considers necessary.
To this end e-viti will be able to request at its expense the return of the products object of the complaint of the customer. Before any return of the product, the customer will have imperatively to contact e-viti by calling the telephone number provided above in order to obtain a good of resumption and a number of authorization of return to be affixed clearly on the parcel of return of the product. Any product sent back without a returns authorisation number will be refused and returned to the customer.
If after control by its care, a defect of conformity, a deterioration or a lack were effectively noted, e-viti is committed, either to replace free of charge the deteriorated or nonconforming products and to provide the missing products or to refund with the customer the price of these products and to deal with all the inherent expenses with the return of the deteriorated or nonconforming products and with the forwarding of the new products. Defects in conformity, deterioration or missing products may under no circumstances give rise to the payment by the Customer of any costs, penalties, compensation, damages or interest of any nature whatsoever.
e-viti warrants its products against defects in materials, workmanship and design for a period specific to each product, from the date of delivery. This warranty period is indicated for each product on the product sheet attached to it. e-viti is a reseller of products, and the duration and scope of the warranty it grants to its customers shall in no case exceed the duration and scope of the manufacturer's warranty.
If the customer considers that the products delivered are marred by defects or hidden faults, he/she must notify e-viti immediately upon discovery of the defects or faults, by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, specifying the nature and extent of the alleged defects or faults and providing all evidence of their existence.
The customer must allow e-viti every facility to make, or have made by any third party appointed by e-viti, any observations that it deems necessary. To this end, e-viti may request, at its own expense, the return of the products which are the subject of the customer's complaint, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Prior to any return of the product, the customer must contact e-viti by calling the telephone number in order to obtain a take-back voucher and a return authorization number to be clearly affixed to the product return package. Any product reshipped without a return authorization number will be refused and returned to the customer.
If, at the end of the inspection, the products are found to be defective, e-viti undertakes either to replace any product found to be defective free of charge or to reimburse the customer for the price of the defective products and to cover all transport costs associated with the return of the defective products and the reshipment of the replacement products.
It is expressly stipulated that defects or faults resulting from use of the products not in compliance with the instructions for use, use of the products not in compliance with their intended use, any modification made to the products, external constraints or any other case of force majeure or normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.
Reservation of title
e-viti expressly reserves ownership of the products delivered until full payment of their price in principal and interest. The mere handing over of a proof of payment does not constitute payment. The above provisions do not prevent the transfer to the customer of the risks of loss or deterioration upon delivery.
In the event of non-payment 8 days after a formal notice sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt has remained unsuccessful, the sale will be terminated ipso jure at the discretion of e-viti, which may demand the return of unpaid products, the costs incurred by taking back the products and recovering the sums due being borne by the customer.
e-viti will be released from all liability for any breach of its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure or an act of God, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, fires, floods, storms, internal or external strikes, internal or external equipment failures or breakdowns, war, transport interruptions, shortages of raw materials, changes in laws or regulations relating to the products and, in general, any event beyond its control which prevents the proper execution of orders.
In the event of force majeure, e-viti undertakes to inform the customer in writing as soon as possible and the contract binding e-viti to the customer will then be suspended ipso jure without compensation of any kind whatsoever from the date of occurrence of the event characterizing force majeure until the date of termination thereof.
Partial non-validation - Waiver
If one or more stipulations of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope.
The fact that e-viti does not avail itself at a given time of any of the clauses and conditions of these general terms and conditions of sale shall not constitute a waiver of its right to avail itself of these same clauses at a later date.
In application of the legal provisions relating to data processing, data files and individual liberties, the e-viti website has been declared to the CNIL.
The information requested from the customer is necessary to process the order and is intended for e-viti's services. e-viti undertakes not to communicate to third parties the information transmitted by the customer, which is confidential.
The customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning him, under the conditions provided by the law of January 6, 1978. To do so, simply make a request online or by post, specifying your surname, first name, address and, if possible, your customer reference.
