Pack of 50 or 100 food-grade injection-moulded seal washers.
Injected gasket washers fit over mechanical stoppers. Its density will give you a better seal.
Injection-moulded washers comply with European directives on food safety and migration. Their perfect resistance to ozone and UV rays means no physical alteration or change in colour. No side sagging or tearing due to injected, uncut rubber. Very low variation in shore hardness (+/- 2 shore A). Remanescence (return to initial shape) is 80% compared with 50% for 1st choice rubber washers. Injection moulding creates a protective skin, so the injected gasket washer absorbs dirt much less easily, unlike cut 1st grade rubber washers which have pores.
