- Natural, lactone-rich American oak shavings used in fermentation provide softness and fruitiness, with very little tannin.
 - American oak light toast chips used in fermentation, rich in lactones, will give roundness and fruitiness, with very little tannin.
 
Dosage: 1 to 3 g/l for approximately 10 to 15 days. 4-ply paper bag.
